First time at the Denver Museum of Natural History

Justin was away for the weekend, so we decided to explore Denver a bit. We'd driven by the Museum of Natural History a dozen times on our way to the zoo, but never been inside. So glad we chose to do so!
A puppet skeleton made of foam. D warmed up to it eventually.

"Look! A T-Rex!"

Let's not forget Weston.

Always love a good cave.

There was so much to do at the Discovery Zone, they didn't know where to start! Not sure what I think about that lady staring straight at the camera...

It's blurry, I know (hard to take photos with a kicking baby strapped to your body),  but that thing on the table is an anatomy lesson. You can take out the brain. Mixed feelings.

Digging for bones!

Drumming Presentation

I think he was drumming in his mind.

Another puppet. Mason couldn't get enough. Or the T-rex couldn't get enough.

D wasn't about to let that thing eat his head.

And wonderful Weston, happy as can be with a plastic cup.

See the tornado? This is a cool place. We'll come again.
